Do not unplug the TVs or cable boxes, as doing so will unprogram them and may disrupt service for you and future guests. Starter Supplies & Home Essentials To get you started, the home includes a starter kit with: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom Paper towel roll, sponge, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods Trash bags (2 per trash can) Shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand soap Laundry pods (2 loads) Small bag of ground coffee, sugar, and half-and-half Clean bath, pool, hand, and makeup towels Vacation homes are self-catering. Once these supplies run out, guests are responsible for restocking. A map is posted inside the home for your reference. Lost or missing card = $75 replacement fee Water Park & private member areas are not included. 8 pool towels are located in the laundry closet — please do not bring white towels or home items to pool areas. Trash & Recycling All trash must be bagged and taken to the community dumpster at the end of the cul-de-sac. An additional charge will apply if: Trash is unbagged or excessive Trash is left throughout the home or property Air Conditioning Info Thermostat is preset between 72–78°F for optimal comfort Do not set it below 70°F — this can cause freezing and damage, which may result in a repair fee. Keep windows & doors closed when A/C is on. House Rules No smoking inside the home No parties or events No pets allowed Quiet hours begin at 11 PM Respectful use of amenities and community areas Do not move furniture between rooms – Please keep all furnishings in their original location to avoid damage and ensure the home is ready for the next guest. Grill Use A propane gas grill is available for your enjoyment! Guests are responsible for propane. If the tank is full, feel free to use it. If the tank is empty, propane can be refilled locally (nearby gas stations or CVS). Please do not leave leftover food or scraps outside — this may attract animals. Feel free to use the outdoor water hose to rinse off the patio if you experience any spills or messes. Grill safely and enjoy your BBQ!
